Some of the major nutrients most often depleted by stress are B-Complex, C, D, E, Paba, Folic Acid and Choline. Minerals that need increased attention include Calcium-Magnesium, Chromium, Copper, Iron, Selenium and Zinc.

If the state of the world is really getting you down, I would suggest an herbal formula like Shaklee’s Moodlift™ ,providing there are no medical contraindications to St. John’s Wort. Valerian can have a calming effect that can improve rest and allow us to cope with things better. Most important is to avoid watching the news with all the visuals of terror before bedtime.
